Frank Huang, the owner of Happy Sheep Café in San Gabriel, California, wishes to develop his business into a authentic Mongolian hot pot restaurant management company that offers a healthy, delicious and enjoyable hot pot concept: without dipping sauces. The restaurant can accommodate up to 200 diners at a time in its 4,500 ft2 area. The moment when Happy Sheep Café began to serve, it was quickly accepted by the local.

What is different about Happy Sheep Café is that its soup base is prepared with up to 50 kinds of Chinese medicinal herbs and vegetables like ginger, garlic, and green onions. Customers can have original or spicy broth, or choose to have both tastes in the pot with a divider.

Three Cup dishes, Fried Mei Fun (rice noodle), Chow Mein, Salt & Pepper Shrimp, Chicken or Scallops, and traditional Taiwanese snack Oyster Cake are just some of the restaurant’s special offerings which Frank's always proud of. And he boasts that Happy Sheep’s Fried Rice is regarded as the best in the States by most of the customers.

Words are somehow a little slack to show you how great the restaurant is. Why not just come and enjoy for yourself?
